(Grace McDowell / The Daily News)The Bowling Green Hot Rods announced their home schedule for the 2027 South Atlantic League season on Monday. The Brooklyn Cyclones, High-A affiliate of the New York Mets, will pay the Hot Rods a visit from May 11-16. Between May 25-30, the Hot Rods will take on their closest opponent, the Rome Emperors, High-A affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. From June 29 to July 4 the Hot Rods take on the Greensboro Grasshoppers, High-A affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
