It is possible he will be released from house arrest then if the prosecutor does not file a charge against him, SDK.mk reported. The Prosecutor’s Office told Telma that the investigation was still ongoing, which was why new details about this case couldn’t be shared. As the Criminal Court explained, if there is no charge, there is a possibility that the house arrest measure against the suspect would be abolished. Grubi is suspected of embezzling 8.2 million euros at the State Lottery.
