First place went to Pan Masters Steel Orchestra, followed by Pan Fantasy; New Dimension took third place. Before winning, Rudo Forteau, arranger of Pan Masters, spoke to The Caribbean Camera saying that being at the competition with his band meant everything to him. Michael Toby, the arranger of New Dimension Steel Orchestra, said it was a pleasure to be at the competition, competing with the best bands in Toronto. This Panorama was a very special night for Pan Masters, said a long-time supporter. The standings in order: Pan Masters Steel Orchestra; Pan Fantasy Steelband; New Dimension Steel Orchestra; Impulse Steel Orchestra; Panatics Steelband Network; St. Jamestown Steel Orchestra; and Forest Creek Pathway Steelpan Orchestra.
