MORGAN TOWNSHIP — A Lucasville woman was killed in a two-vehicle crash in Scioto County on Thursday. The Portsmouth Dispatch Center of the Highway Patrol said they received a call of a two-vehicle crash near milepost 15. The Jeep Cherokee traveled left of center and struck the Chevy Impala head-on, troopers said. The driver of the Chevy Impala, Spencer, sustained fatal injuries. The driver of the Jeep Cherokee, Abreanna Steele, 28, of Waverly, sustained serious injuries and was transported from the scene by EMS.
