While we are awaiting the complete arrest report, BocaNewsNow.com has learned that Roxann was driving a Black 2026 Rolls Royce SUV when she was stopped around 1:20 a.m. While it’s unclear what specifically led to the traffic stop, she allegedly provided two breath samples to police that were recorded as .158 and .154. Roxanna Rizutto lives several miles from the scene of the traffic stop. Boca Bridges is a GL Homes community that spans 441 to Lyons Road, roughly one mile north of Clint Moore.
