Per Telegraph Herald, Chef Kevin Scharpf is set to open a new pizzeria on Asbury Road in Asbury. The restaurant is Lloyd's Pizza Co, and signage for the building has been up for several weeks at their location at 4949 Asbury Road. Chef Scharpf is also the owner of Brazen Open Kitchen + Bar in downtown Dubuque; Otto's Place in Galena; Birds. Chef Scharpf has long desired to break into the Asbury community, so people on the west end of town didn't have to commute to the downtown district to experience his food.
