Emergency crews were responding to a structure fire Sunday evening near the Rockwood town landing on the shores of Moosehead Lake, according to WABI. The Greenville Firefighters Association told the TV station that crews were on the scene. First responders are asking the public to avoid the Rockwood area, according to WABI. The Moosehead Lakeshore Journal posted a contributed video to Facebook that showed a structure fire near the edge of the lake. Multiple fire departments from Piscataquis and Penobscot counties battled a blaze at the Moosehead Mill in Monson on Saturday night.
