Wyomissing Public Library to Transform Into a 1920s Speakeasy for Roaring Stacks Fundraiser

From Wyomissing Public LibraryThe Wyomissing Public Library will turn back the clock to the Prohibition era on Saturday, Aug. 29, as it hosts Roaring Stacks: A Speakeasy Soirée at the Library, a fundraising event to benefit the library’s programs and services.
The event will take place from 7 to 10 p.m. at the library, which is located at 9 Reading Blvd.
All event proceeds will directly support the Wyomissing Public Library’s programs and community resources, including early literacy initiatives, digital access services, and public programming that serves thousands of area residents each year.
