As part of its energy equity campaign, Climate Action Evanston is encouraging Evanston residents to explore programs — particularly for low-income households — that can help lower utility bills and improve home energy efficiency.

For households that pay their energy provider directly, the payment is made to the utility on the household’s behalf.
To be eligible for either program, residents must have an annual income at or below 80% of the area median income.
