The woman accused of stalking Lindsey Buckingham has been ruled unfit to stand trial. 55 year old Michelle Dick, had been accused of attacking the former Fleetwood Mac guitarist, having claimed to be his daughter. Michelle Dick pleaded not guilty to all seven charges. However, Judge Robert S Harrison has ruled that Dick is not "trial competent" or "able to handle your case". It is possible that Michelle Dick could qualify for a mental health diversion programme, which if she completes successfully, all charges made against her could be dismissed.
