Flow to end legacy email service Caribsurf on September 30

Flow Barbados has announced that its legacy Caribsurf email service will be permanently retired on Wednesday 30th September 2026.
To provide customers with ample time to transition, the retirement of the service will be implemented in phases.
Beginning Monday 31st August, customers will no longer be able to send emails from their Caribsurf email accounts, and from Tuesday 15th September incoming emails to those accounts will also cease.
After this date, customers will no longer be able to access their email accounts or retrieve any messages stored on the platform.
Customers who use a Caribsurf email address for business purposes are encouraged to contact their Liberty Business Account Manager to discuss alternative business email solutions.
