Multiple tornado warnings were reported around the Chicago area on Sunday night, with at least one radar-confirmed touchdown in the area. Those warnings were issued in LaSalle, Grundy and Kankakee counties, with Doppler radar indicating a touchdown in LaSalle County near Streator via debris signatures. A number of flood advisories have been issued across the Chicago area following multiple rounds of storms. All severe weather hazards are on the table, including heavy rains, gusty winds, damaging hail and even a non-zero tornado risk, according to forecast models.
