THERE will be plenty of fun for all the family at the annual Bromsgrove Fire and Police Station Open Day, writes Elizabeth Price. The event takes place at the blue light hub on Slideslow Drive between 10am and 4pm on Saturday, August 15. There will be activities for all ages, including fire service displays, emergency service vehicles, demonstrations and community stalls. Visitors will be able to meet their local neighbourhood officers and PCSOs from Bromsgrove Police and check out all their equipment and vehicles. Free bike marking will be on offer, helping cyclists protect their property and reduce the risk of theft.
