Hyderabad: With the mushrooming of tall buildings because of the unlimited Floor Space Index (FSI), the infrastructure pressure also is increasing on the government in the areas with tall structures. There has been a new phenomenon in the city with builders opting for high rises. Along with the tall structures, the pressure of infrastructure also coming up on the government. The unlimited floor space index (FSI) offered by the government is said to be the main reason for the developers to opt for high rise buildings. Similarly, another tallest building permission given in 2025 was a 63 floor building on a 2.17 acre land in Kokapet.
