The 500th edition celebrations of ‘Sreevani’ monthly magazine were held at Tummalapalli Kshetrayya Kalakshetram here on Saturday. Governor Haribabu released the book ‘Merunagari Himagiri Komaragiri’, while BJP State president PVN Madhav released the ‘Sreevani Pancha Shata Sanchika Geethamalika’ CD. Addressing the gathering, Haribabu said the magazine had completed 500 months of uninterrupted publication despite several challenges. He appreciated Editor-in-Chief Komaragiri Shyam Prasad and Komaragiri Chandrasekhar for carrying forward the ideals of the magazine’s founder, late Komaragiri Krishnamohan Rao. Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust Managing Trustee RJ Ratnakar said ‘Sreevani’ was making a valuable contribution by spreading the message of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba.
