Anakapalli: MP and Railway Standing Committee chairman CM Ramesh said that the Elamanchili constituency will witness rapid development over the next decade and emerge as a modern urban region similar to Ranga Reddy district in Telangana. The project is being implemented within Elamanchili municipal limits under the Andhra Pradesh Urban Water Supply and Septage Management Improvement Project (APUWSSMIP). Ramesh assured that the project would address the drinking water problem faced by Elamanchili residents for decades and strengthen the town’s water supply infrastructure to meet future requirements. With the arrival of these industries, large-scale employment opportunities would be created for the youth of Anakapalli and Elamanchili areas. Ramesh mentioned that pending road overbridge (ROB) and road underbridge (RUB) works in the Elamanchili constituency were being expedited.
