Hyderabad: Dr Kanike Priyanka, a 28-year-old medico, died at KIMS Hospital in Secunderabad on Sunday.she was critically injured after being run over by a car. When she was coming out of the mall with her friend on a scooty on August 3 night, a speeding car, driven by two drunk youths, rammed into their vehicle. She sustained grievous injuries and was admitted to a local hospital and later shifted to Hyderabad. The two youths, who were allegedly under the influence of alcohol, rammed the car into the scooty. Venkatesh alleged that the accused, who were allegedly driving rashly after consuming alcohol on August 3 night, hit Priyanka’s scooter three times with the car.
