Nellore: Following directions from Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) leaders launched a scathing attack on the opposition YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) on Sunday, describing its ongoing agitation over Mega DSC 2025 as a “hired movement” staged purely for political mileage. Minister Anam Ramanarayana Reddy stated that despite the government clarifying all doubts with documentary proof, YSRCP was creating unnecessary controversy. He noted that even after courts dismissed opposition petitions, YSRCP continued its agitations, demonstrating a complete lack of respect for the judiciary. Highlighting that Mega DSC 2025 provided a historic 16,347 teacher posts, Zonal Coordinator and Gopalapuram MLA Venkata Raju termed the YSRCP’s protests baseless. MLAs Kurugondla Ramakrishna, Kotamreddy Sridhar Reddy, Dagumati Venkata Krishna Reddy, Inturi Nageswara Rao, and Kakarla Suresh were among those present to discuss constituency issues and party-strengthening initiatives.
