The former Marks and Spencer in High Street is being turned into Minerva House by developers City and Country in a deal believed to be worth £2million. From the start, the vision has been for it to feature shops, restaurants, workspaces, a rooftop bar and function space. The firm relocated to Stane Retail Park that month and the High Street store has been boarded up and unused since then.
