The former Marks and Spencer in High Street is being turned into Minerva House by developers City and Country in a deal believed to be worth £2million.
From the start, the vision has been for it to feature shops, restaurants, workspaces, a rooftop bar and function space.
(Image: NQ)The Retail giant M&S pulled out of the High Street in September 2022 after having operated out of the building for more than 90 years.
The firm relocated to Stane Retail Park that month and the High Street store has been boarded up and unused since then.
