Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) have intensified a crackdown on illegal parking and footpath encroachments across the federal capital to improve traffic flow and enforce road safety rules. The campaign, launched on the directives of Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, targets illegal parking at commercial centers, shopping malls, local markets and major roads. Khan also stressed that footpaths are reserved for pedestrians and directed officials to take action against illegal parking and commercial activities obstructing walkways.
