Vadims Osipovs has denied a series of incidents, including masturbating at a bus stop at the University of East Anglia (UEA). The 58-year-old was due to stand trial at Norwich Crown Court back in April, having pleaded not guilty to multiple offences, but the case could not be accommodated and was rescheduled for September 21. He also faces three allegations of sex assaults on women on buses in Norwich in July and August 2023. Those charges—which he has previously denied—relate to two different women on buses on Bowthorpe Road and a third against another woman on a bus on Castle Meadow.
