ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The elevators at Pinnacle Apartments in Rochester went out again on Sunday morning, leaving some people stranded for hours. People who live there said the fire alarm went off around 6 a.m. Then the power went out. With elevators not working, some people living on the upper floors had no way of getting out. Declan also reached out to RG&E to see if it had any information it could share, but hadn’t heard back. Last week, PathStone said it has a firm looking at all three elevators at Pinnacle Apartments to figure out anything that needs to be done to keep them reliable and safe.
