Man grievously injured in Bormla hit-and-run, alleged driver arrested

Police were informed at around 11.30am that assistance was required in Triq Hanover, Bormla, after a person had sustained injuries.
The victim was assisted by a medical team before being taken by ambulance to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was certified as having suffered grievous injuries.
Police said that intensive investigations led officers to locate the vehicle involved a short while later in Triq San Ġorġ, Bormla.
The alleged driver, a 37-year-old man who lives in Bormla, was subsequently arrested.
