Travellers have described struggling to enjoy their holidays, days after hundreds of people flying out of Birmingham Airport were left without their luggage.
While it seems the issues that first emerged on Friday are yet to be remedied completely, the airport said the "vast majority" of baggage was now travelling as planned with passengers, and it was working to reunite others with their luggage.
Louise Fenton said she and her family had had no communication from the airline, holiday company or the airport after their luggage failed to arrive in Gran Canaria on Friday.
She added the situation had "completely overshadowed" the holiday.
Speaking to the BBC on Friday and Saturday, travellers variously described the situation as "absolute chaos" and "carnage".
