BARRIE360/HO - Orillia OPPProvincial police charged two after an early-morning traffic stop on Saturday in Oro-Medonte resulted in the seizure of a firearm. During a subsequent traffic stop, police found cannabis in the vehicle, leading to a further search which yielded a loaded firearm, 13 rounds of ammunition, a knife, and several pill capsules of suspected hydromorphone. The man is facing 10 charges relating to weapon, firearm, and ammunition possession as well as another charge for opioid possession.
