She explained that the Proctor Car Show, now in its 56th year, was once called the Studebaker Show but is now open to all vehicles. “My dad used to be a Swap Meet vendor. The event featured a variety of cars, swap meet vendors, activities for kids and awards at 3 p.m. with cash prizes, trophies and plaques.
