(ABC 6 Sports) – The Rochester Honkers fall to the La Crosse Loggers 9-2 in their last game of the season. The Honkers go 4 and 7 with the Loggers this season and 15-21 overall. The Northwoods League post season tournament will take place from August 9th-13th. The Eau Claire Express and La Crosse Loggers will represent the Great Plains East in the post season tournament. This marks the end of the Honkers as Rochester has known them, after the team announced it will forego the 2027, and possibly 2028, seasons while they look for a new home field
