Almost the entire state is in a level 1 “Marginal Risk” for severe storms. The instability will be fairly low so storms will be isolated and not everyone will see them. The cold front will sweep across the state Monday night, so storms are possible as it moves from east to west. Storms will need to overcome the cap (hot air aloft) first, though. Then, a cold front moves through, a stronger one this time, and we’ll see storms and cooler air move in with it.
