A newly filed court document has revealed the complete financial breakdown of the settlement reached in the WWE shareholder lawsuit connected to the company’s 2023 merger with UFC under TKO Group Holdings. The lawsuit was filed by a group of WWE shareholders against McMahon, Nick Khan, Paul “Triple H” Levesque, Michelle Wilson and George Barrios. Settlement Still Awaiting FinalisationDespite an agreement being reached, the settlement has not yet been completely finalised. In Friday’s filing, the shareholders disclosed the complete $147.5 million settlement figure and criticised TKO over what they described as “partial disclosures” regarding the financial terms. He resigned from his position as TKO Executive Chairman in January 2024 following the filing of a lawsuit by former WWE employee Janel Grant against McMahon, WWE and others.
