The host was taking the QVC audience through a live demonstration of her "Salon Select" wig when she accidentally let "blow job" fly out of her mouth instead of "blowout" while describing the look the product provides. They were able to laugh about it and knew that she wasn’t dropping words like "blow job" on their customers on purpose with any sort of malicious intent.
