Cordelia Walker, 20, of Ystrad Aeron, was fined £660 at Llanelli Magistrates' Court for driving without insurance. At Llanelli Magistrates' Court, he was told to pay costs of £120 and a surcharge of £24. At Llanelli Magistrates' Court, Cirpaci was ordered to pay costs of £120 and a surcharge of £264.
