Picturesque village among Britain’s poshest places where houses are over £650k
['Patrick Gouldsbrough']
The Northern Echo | News
Follifoot was included in The Telegraph’s 2026 guide to 49 of the country’s poshest villages.
Sir Joseph Radcliffe, who owned the nearby Rudding Park estate, donated the land on which the church was built.
It sits near the A658 Harrogate bypass, while Pannal railway station provides services towards Leeds and Harrogate.
Bus services link Follifoot with nearby towns and villages, including Harrogate, Spofforth, and Wetherby.
Although it has been named among the country’s poshest villages, Follifoot has retained much of its traditional character.
