The rally brought together people from all walks of life in a vibrant display of unity, patriotism and national pride under the Tricolour. The event commenced at Government Degree College Tral with the rendition of the National Song and National Anthem, creating a strong patriotic atmosphere. To honour their valour and sacrifice, a felicitation ceremony was also organised on the occasion, wherein the families of martyrs were felicitated. Speaking on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that this year’s Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign is being celebrated from August 9 to 17 in integration with the third phase of the commemoration of 150 years of “Vande Mataram.” The DC called upon the people to actively participate in the campaign and make Har Ghar Tiranga–2026 a grand celebration of the spirit of the nation and collective participation.
