Nintendo has announced that more than 23.68 million Nintendo Switch 2 consoles have now been sold worldwide. The company also confirmed that it has sold more than 58.17 million Nintendo Switch 2 games. Mario Kart World continues to be the most popular, with 15.39 million copies sold, with Donkey Kong Bananza selling more than 4.78 million copies, Pokémon Legends: Z-A Nintendo Switch 2 Edition selling 3.99 million copies, Pokémon Pokopia selling 3.68 million copies, Kirby Air Riders selling 1.90 million copies and Super Mario Party Jamboree Nintendo Switch 2 Edition selling 1.15 million copies. “Looking at hardware sales, Nintendo Switch 2 sales declined by 34.4% year-on-year to 3.82 million units, and Nintendo Switch sales declined by 31.8% year-on-year to 0.66 million units,” the company explained in its fiscal year earnings report. The company continued: “Looking at software sales, Nintendo Switch 2 software increased by 9.2% year-on-year to 9.46 million units, and Nintendo Switch software increased by 8.6% year-on-year to 33.81 million units.
