Garrin Davis, 20, and Cordell Jefferson, 19, are charged in connection with an armed carjacking and shooting in the Milford Mill community on July 20, according to Baltimore County Police. When the victim attempted to reenter the car, that’s when one of the suspects shot him and drove away. Detectives identified Garrin Davis and Cordell Jefferson as suspects based on the witness descriptions and phone records. Davis and Jefferson both face attempted murder charges and are being held without bond.
