Baltimore police spotted a carjacked vehicle, arrested three teenagers and recovered a loaded gun Saturday night. City police said a license plate reader alerted to a carjacked vehicle around 9:30 p.m. on West North Avenue. The Foxtrot helicopter found the car traveling east on East North Avenue, where officers stopped it at Homewood Avenue. Police said officers arrested three 14-year-old boys and recovered a loaded handgun.
