The alleged victim believed that the suspect, identified as Curtis M. Smith, 50, had stolen a multitude of items including a gazebo and other camping supplies. In the remaining videos, the footage is black and white due to the lack of ambient light. In the footage, Smith was reportedly wearing, “dark pants, slightly colored shoes, and a sweatshirt lighter in color than both the shoes and pants.” In the second video from this incident, captured at approximately [9:43 a.m.], Smith is depicted exiting the shed carrying two bags.” The Pacific County Prosecutor’s Office filed two counts of second-degree burglary against Smith in Pacific County Superior Court on Aug. 5.
