Image Courtesy CHRISTUS HealthBY MAIRE O’NEILLmaire@losalamosreporter.comLos Alamos County Planning & Zoning Commission is set to review a request from Christus Health Wednesday, Aug. 12 for approval of a Site Plan Adoption for the construction of a 37,277-square-foot, two-story medical facility on the approximately 1.64-acre property located at 401 Trinity Drive, zoned General Commercial (GC). The site plan is for the Christus Health Los Alamos facility, which will consist of a new freestanding emergency department and health center on property that is currently undeveloped. The site of the proposed facility used to belong to the Knights of Columbus and the two parcels at 401 Trinity Drive and 104 DP Road have been consolidated into a single lot – 401 Trinity.
