Democracy for Citizens Party (DCP) Secretary-General Cleophas Malala has vowed allegiance to Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna in support of his presidential bid in the upcoming 2027 General Election. “I, Cleophas Malala, solemnly swear that I will stand with Edwin Sifuna to be the President of Kenya,” Malala declared during the rally. He called for collaboration with political allies from outside the community to strengthen Sifuna’s presidential bid. “Osotsi, us as the Luhya cannot make Edwin Sifuna the President on our own. Malala also called on residents to support his bid for the governorship position in the upcoming General Election.
