It documents their resilience and drive as seed keepers and protectors of seed freedom, and as cultivators of gardens of hope, a paradigm for food health & security. This 35-minute short film is a window into the grassroots work of Navdanya and Mahila Anna Swaraj, sowing an organic, women-led paradigm for our food future. His documentary films with Navdanya include Shakti, on women farmer collectives and seed freedom across India. He has collaborated with Navdanya on short films documenting organic farming, seed diversity and community-led responses to climate and agrarian crises, including Shakti.
