The application, for land east of Tilletts Lane, Warnham, was given the nod during a meeting of Horsham District Council's planning committee on Tuesday (August 4). Submitted by The Broadbridge Heath Trust, it will include 21 homes which will be classed as affordable. The site was allocated for at least 50 homes in the Warnham Parish Neighbourhood Plan (2019). The council received 81 letters objecting to the plans, with concerns raised including harm to wildlife, flooding and drainage, and over-development of the village. A statement submitted with the plans said the development would "make a significant and positive contribution to Warnham".
