Charles “Chuck” Cravens, 62, of Tell City, Ind., passed away on Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026. Born in Tell City, Chuck was the son of the late Earl “Lefty” and Shirley (Harris) Cravens. Chuck was a graduate of Tell City High School and attended Indiana State University, where he majored in education. Chuck is survived by his siblings, Chris (Annette) Cravens of Belleville, Ill., Pamela (Larry) of Tell City, Ind., and Doug Cravens of Troy, Ind. (Lauren) Cravens, Steven (Alli), John, Michael (Sheena), and Trenton Dowland, Jake Cravens, and Kyle (Elaina) Cravens; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
