This is according to findings from the Elanco Sheep Parasite survey, which gathered responses from 360 sheep farmers. The survey, conducted between March and April, found that 41 per cent of farmers are noticing shifts in the timing of parasite problems, while 26 per cent have observed changes in overall parasite risk levels. Fifty-nine per cent regularly use FECs, 33 per cent consult their vet, and 29 per cent consider previous treatment timings. A follow-up Q&A at the NSA event allowed farmers to ask questions and gain practical advice at the Elanco stand.
