New Delhi/Bhubaneswar: The Supreme Court collegium has recommended the transfer of two judges of the Orissa High Court, official sources said Sunday. The collegium, headed by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, took the decision in a meeting held August 6, they said. While Justice Manash Ranjan Pathak has been recommended for transfer to Gujarat High Court, Justice Krushna Ram Mohapatra has been recommended for transfer to the Chhattisgarh High Court. In another decision, the collegium has recommended elevation of four judges as Chief Justices of high courts. Allahabad High Court judge Justice Mahesh Chandra Tripathi has been named as Chief Justice of the Bombay High Court.
