Marcus Sinclair, 26, pleaded guilty to struggling violently with an officer to his injury at his home on Wood Street on June 19. He also spat on another constable during the incident. Three days later, Sinclair kicked a third police officer on the body. Sentence was deferred at Selkirk Sheriff Court until August 31 for the production of background reports.
