Man banned from street in Colwyn Bay after urinating in couple’s garden

Smith, 59, of Charnells Well, admitted stalking at Llandudno Magistrates Court on Wednesday (August 5), and was sentenced to a year’s imprisonment, suspended for two years.
A restraining order was also imposed on Smith, prohibiting him from contacting Mr or Mrs Smith, approaching or entering any property they reside at, or entering Coed Pella Road, Colwyn Bay, for six years.
The defendant was also sentenced for two counts of criminal damage to property, and one charge each of racially/religiously aggravated intentional harassment and threatening to damage property, all of which he pleaded guilty to.
Smith damaged police cells while in custody in St Asaph, and the inside of a police vehicle in Colwyn Bay, on July 16.
On the same day, he was abusive to PS Ball in Colwyn Bay, and threatened to him that he would damage a police vehicle.
