Sowerby boy raises £566 for Macmillan in memory of beloved grandad

Samuel Strudwick, who lives in Sowerby and attended Keeble Gateway Academy, raised £566.32 through sweet sales and car boot stalls, far surpassing his original target.
Samuel’s parents, Ginna and Myles Strudwick, said: "Samuel has shown strength and determination throughout his journey.

The funds raised will help Macmillan Cancer Support continue offering emotional, practical, physical and financial support to people living with cancer and their loved ones.
