Kristian Martinez, of Oliver Road, was sentenced to six months in prison, suspended for 18 months, at Hendon Magistrates’ Court on Thursday (August 6). The 37-year-old had indicated a guilty plea to voyeurism – recording a private act – under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on June 9. According to court documents, he had recorded another person doing a private act in London on March 20, 2025, “for the purpose of obtaining sexual gratification” and knowing that the other person did not consent. Alongside the suspended sentence, Martinez was given an 18-month supervision period, 250 hours of unpaid work, a sexual harm prevention order, and a notification requirement to register with police for seven years. £85 in costs and a £154 surcharge must also be paid by September 25.
