PEQUOT LAKES — After a quiet few weeks, Pequot Lakes is gearing up for the second phase of this summer's Main and Front streets and utilities improvement project.
Main Street, from Rasmussen Road to just across Patriot Avenue in front of the post office, will be closed to traffic beginning Monday, Aug. 10, with marked detours on streets surrounding Main Street.
The Main Street phase of construction is scheduled to begin Monday, Aug. 17, starting with reclamation of the existing asphalt, the app post said.
