Bradley Westlake, with more than 13 years of experience, has joined the business rates department at BDT in Faraday Office Park, Rankine Road. Bradley Westlake has joined BDT as an associate director in the business rates department. Howard Elliott, director of the business rates team, said he was delighted to welcome Mr Westlake. Having worked on projects throughout the UK, Mr Westlake has represented clients ranging from independent businesses to national and multi-national organisations. He has successfully negotiated with the Valuation Office Agency on complex rating matters.
